it is difficult, if not impossible, for our schools to maintain
instructional programs designed to promote and
develop these gifts in our youth.

The "Young Masters" series is
designed to benefit the Fine Arts programs in
our Public Schools and other Educational Institutions,
and for the Benefit of their Communities as a whole.
